2001 - was appointed director of the Yerevan Educational Institute of Ternopil National University of Economics (now WUNU), where he works until now.
The Government of Ukraine and the President highly appreciated the work of Sahak Ghudratyan, director of the Yerevan Educational Institute of the Ternopil National University of Economics, in the establishment and development of the institute.
Sahak Ghudratyan was awarded for his personal contribution to mutual activities in the field of education between Ukraine and Armenia:

Yerevan Educational and Scientific Institute of West Ukrainian National University was founded in 2001 in Yerevan.
